A Bit of My Story
I've been dealing with my own and other people's computer problems since 1992 — starting by causing my own problems and figuring out how to solve them, then learning to think logically about computers from a friend of mine who's a broadcast engineer.
I worked at a local computer store here in Nanaimo starting in 2007, and when that shop closed in 2008, I took a business course and opened Big Mike Computer Services on January 1st, 2010. I've been serving this community, one repair at a time, ever since.
