I've been fixing computers since 1992 and running Big Mike Computer Services since 2010. Here's what my north-end and Lantzville customers call me for most:

• Virus & Malware Removal — infections, pop-ups and scam warnings cleaned up without losing your files
• Laptop Repair — batteries, keyboards, overheating, slow drives and upgrades for Windows and Mac
• PC Repairs & Upgrades — RAM, SSDs, and computers that won't start
• Data Recovery — getting photos and documents back from failed drives
• Email Setup — Outlook, Gmail, Telus and Shaw/Rogers email working on all your devices
• Router & Wi-Fi Setup — fixing dead spots and dropped connections around the house
• Remote Computer Repair — many software problems can be fixed online, with nothing to bring in
• Tutoring — patient, plain-English help learning your computer, phone or tablet

Not sure what's wrong? Try my free online diagnostic tool, or just call and describe what's happening—no charge for the conversation.
